Requirements to Book an Appointment
A credit card information is requested to book an appointment. In the event of a late cancellation or failure to attend an appointment, a charge will be applied to the credit card.
If you are unable to provide credit card information or if you decline to provide a credit card information, you may book an appointment with an e-transfer deposit to Nu Image Medical Esthetics. The e-transfer of funds must be received by Nu Image Medical Esthetics on the same day that the appointment is booked or the appointment will be cancelled.
Deposit for an appointment with a Medical Esthetician - $100 CDN
Deposit for an appointment with an RN or Physician - $250 CDN
Late Cancellation and No Show Policy
Once you book your appointment, time with our service providers will be personally reserved for you. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive treatment. As a courtesy, our appointments are confirmed via text 72 hours in advance. If no confirmation is received, our team will contact you by email or phone call 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. It is ultimately your responsibility to remember and attend your appointment.
Please review the following late cancellation & no-show policy information:
A $100 charge will be applied in the case of no-show with a Medical Esthetician or Permanent Makeup (PMU) Artist.
A $250 charge will be applied in the case of a no-show with an doctor or registered nurse.
* As a courtesy, consultations & follow up appointments are complimentary. However, our service providers' time is valuable and the fee will still apply in the case of a no-show or late cancellation for these services.
If you are 15 minutes or later for your appointment time without notifying us, your appointment will be considered a no show and applicable fees will apply.
Cancellation Policy
Please call Nu Image Medical Esthetics (306)790-8500 if you are unable to attend your appointment. We request that you give us at least 24 hours' notice.
This policy is in place so that we can offer everyone the earliest and most convenient appointment possible.
