COVID-19 Clinic Procedures
Thank you for booking an appointment with us! The following is information regarding what to expect for your appointment and our policies regarding COVID-19.
We ask that you arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time and that you do not bring any guests with you.
Upon arrival, you may enter the clinic or you may call us at 306-790-8500 and let us know you are here. If you choose to call us and wait in your vehicle, we will text you to come in once your treater is ready.
Any forms and consents that are required for your treatment, including a COVID-19 assessment and consent, will be sent to you through your TouchMD account prior to your treatment.
These forms must be completed prior to your appointment using a personal electronic device. Please let us know if you require assistance completing the forms and we would be happy to help.
If you are experiencing any covid-19 symptoms we ask that you reschedule your appointment for a later date;
• fever
• cough
• headache
• aches and pains
• sore throat
• chills
• runny nose
• loss of sense of taste or smell
• shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
If you have travelled outside of Canada in the last 14 days we ask that you reschedule your appointment for a later date.
Hand sanitizer is available upon arrival and we ask that all clients maintain social distancing when in the communal spaces within the clinic.
Your health and safety are important to us and these measures have been put in place to protect you and our staff.
