We understand that life sometimes throws a curve that prevents our clients from keeping their appointments. If something comes up that knocks your plans for a loop, we sincerely appreciate you giving us a call at 306-790-8500 or emailing appointments@nuimage.ca 48 hours in advance, or when you know for certain that you can’t keep your appointment.
Some of our services such as AWAKE liposuction, hair transplant, Botox and facial fillers depend on the availability of qualified medical professionals. In other cases, chances are that one of our other clients is on a cancellation list and would appreciate the opportunity to book into your appointment time.
We will make every effort to accommodate your needs and re-book your appointment at a more convenient time.
If it’s not possible to give us a heads up that you can’t make your appointment, a cancellation fee will apply.
